Congratulations to the first four Amgen scholarship receipents. The scholarship is provided to those students who are enrolled in the MS Biotechnology and Bioinformatics or MS Biotechnology/MBA dual degree programs.
A biotechnology pioneer since 1980, Amgen was one of the first companies to realize the new science's promise by bringing novel medicines from lab, to manufacturing plant, to patient. With a broad and deep pipeline of potential new medicines, Amgen is committed to advancing science to dramatically improve people's lives.
In providing this scholarship Amgen is assisting students directly by allowing students that might not otherwise be able to participate in these programs to be able to do so.
